Our Properties

Most of our homes and apartments are part of the historical society and offer beautiful details in the crown molding and architecture that you won’t find anywhere else. We offer many properties with updated stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors, beautiful tile kitchen backsplashes and lovely bathroom vanities and step in tile showers. All of our units offer washers and dryers either in the unit itself or on the property. Our homes come complete with large screen mounted tv’s and for a reasonable monthly fee can be furnished or partially furnished as well.

We have an apartment or home to meet every need from 1 to 4 bedrooms. All of our properties are located with easy access to interstates 80, I80, 220 and Rt 15. They are all conveniently located to downtown shopping and dining, Williamsport and Divine Providence Hospitals, Lycoming and Pennsylvania college of technology and the nearby Golden Strip shopping centers and Lycoming Mall.
